What is included in the daily rate?

Rates include breakfast in the living room of the apartment; bed turn-down service with chocolates and teas; Maid Service; parking; Beach Kit (parasols, towels and chairs); and Wi-Fi. Also included is access to the kids room and swimming pools for adults and children, heated with solar energy. In high season, we also have beach services, on the central beach of Bombinhas.

Using what means can I make the reservation?

Reservations can be made by the following means:

Reservations: online via this website, click MAKE YOUR RESERVATION in the upper right corner of the page.
With your favourite travel agency.

What should I do to secure my reservation?

To ensure your reservation it is necessary to make the payment of 50% of the package value via bank deposit or credit card within 48 hours, counted from the time of the request. The remaining balance will be paid at the time of entry into the Hotel.

In the event of an accident, how should I proceed with the cancellation of the reservation?

Requests for cancellation or amendments must be sent directly to the reservation sector through e-mail:
Until 30 days before arrival: fine of 20% of ticket value deposited;
Up to 15 days before arrival: fine of 50% of the ticket value deposited;
Less than 15 days from the date of entry: fine of 100% of the deposited amount;
For Christmas, Carnival and New Year the number of days prior to the date of entry should be considered twice.
There will be no refund of the deposit, the remaining balance (if any) will be available as credit for future hosting and this will be valid from 01 (one) year. After this date, the credit will be cancelled automatically.
Packages will be charged in full.
Early check-out will not give right to reduction or return values.
In the case of no-show on check-in date it will be charged for the first day.

The hotel offers shuttle service?

The hotel has partnerships with companies providing transport services with cars and vans. We schedule according to customers need.

Is it a pet-friendly Hotel?

In order to maintain a climate of peace for our guests, we do not accept bookings with pets.

What are the fees added on the daily value?

We do not charge added fees on the rate.

Is there a daily minimum?

On weekends and during the month of November, requests the minimum of two days. On holidays, anniversaries and in the months of December, January, February and March, the daily number follows the listed in our price list.

What time is check in and check out?

Check-in starts from 15:00 date of arrival, and check out can be made up to 12:00 hours of departure date.

How does the late check in and early check out work?

The late check-out cannot be guaranteed under any circumstances, and will be granted only upon availability you will be informed on the same day. If the apartment is not available, you can make use of the common areas of the Hotel until the time you need. However, if it is necessary to ensure this service it will be charged a daily value.
As well as the late check out, early check-in will be granted only upon availability and cannot be guaranteed under any circumstances.

How to accommodate my baby?

For your convenience, we have a baby kit containing the following items: crib and bathtub. It is necessary to request the baby kit on the booking confirmation.

Is there a courtesy discount for children in the apartment? Until what age?

There is a courtesy discount for children under 1 year, stay free in baby crib (ask for baby Kit in your booking confirmation).

How do I find lost objects?

If you missed something when you finish your hosting with us, know that we keep for 3 months and we can send by mail. The cost of postage is paid by the recipient. After this period, the objects are forwarded to donation.

Which the period of operation of the pool bar?

The months of December, January and February.
